Helping people discover their true purpose and crafting a plan to help them live that purpose is one of my core passions. Throughout my professional career, I have worked with hundreds of individuals and organizations to identify their strengths and challenges and to develop strategic actions to achieve the results they are looking for. I have also had the privilege of working with many communities to address some of their most complex social challenges.

My relationships with my two young adult daughters have taught me about the importance of being true to myself and the meaning of resiliency. I live my life staying true to the values that are most important to me—authenticity, transparency, and loyalty. I am purposeful about walking the walk and recently graduated with my Doctorate in Public Health after a long hiatus away from school.

It is with a deep sense of honor and respect that I approach my therapeutic alliance with my clients.  I believe that the most critical factor between client and therapist is the connection and trust that builds over time.  These can be difficult times, which can also serve as an opportunity to learn, grow, and live an authentic life. My approach is grounded in being thoughtful, honest, and direct with my clients. My longstanding tenure as a clinician focuses on interpersonal relationships, family dynamics, parenting, addiction, and effective decision-making. 

 

I am truly blessed to have my husband as my partner in life and best friend.  My relationships with my daughter, son, son-in-law, and daughter-in-law have taught me the true meaning of connections and how they evolve over time.  My two granddaughters are my brightest stars.
